How to submit a DMCA takedown notice
Send a written notice that includes the following elements:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (title, URL or description).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the site (provide URL).
- Contact information of the complaining party (address, telephone number, email).
- A statement by the complaining party that they have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your contact details (address, phone, email).
- Identification of the removed content and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or a statement of willingness to accept service).

Repeat Infringer Policy
